PHASE 1 - NEEDS ANALYSIS & MOCK DESIGN

PHASE 2 - CUSTOMIZATION & INSTALLATION

We will take the Mock Design created in Phase 1 and implement a customized version of GoldMine designed

Enabling remote users to access the CRM data is often a key objective. This may include setting remote
connectivity or handheld device access. This may also include setting up remote synchronization that enables
either remote users to update their data from anywhere in the world or server-to-server synchronization for
organizations with multiple sites.



PHASE 3 - DATA MANAGEMENT & INTEGRATION
Many implementations will require data to be transferred from your existing systems into the new CRM system.
The transfer of data may be a "one-off" exercise to migrate data from your old system, or the requirement may
be for a routine transfer of data. Either way, 180's CRM Specialist will insure these potentially complex functions
