Our project management process identifies the key areas of responsibility, resource requirements and timeframes for implementation.

PHASE 1 - Needs Analysis & Mock Design
180°'s consultants will work with you to establish your key objectives for the system and develop a mock design system that will
enable you to see exactly how your system will look. The areas to be reviewed will be dependent on the solution being implemented,
but will typically include: defining user and their requirements; lookup tables; security settings; field changes; workflow/automated
processes; reports; templates.
In most cases we will design each and every aspect of your solution right along with you before a single piece of hardware or software
is ordered. This is an interative process which is refined several times before final implementation.
PHASE 2 - Integrating With CRM Solutions
Many implementations will require data to be transferred from your existing systems into the new CRM system. The transfer of data
may be a "one-off" exercise to migrate data from your old system, or the requirement may be for a routine transfer of data from
another system e.g. a weekly transfer of account summaries from your accounting system into the CRM System. Either way,

PHASE 3 - Installation

synchronization that enables remote users to synchronize their data from anywhere in the world and server-to-server synchronization where an organization has multiple sites.
Installation tasks undertaken include installing and configuring the applications on servers and client PC's, setting up routine
maintenance tasks, implementing agreed security measures, implementing routine data transfer utilities.
